Der Übersicht halber hier noch mal die Mail vom 10c im Ganzen. Fragen zum Ablauf, denTickets etc. gerne hier rein.

This is your final confirmation for your Ten Club ticket purchase to the Pearl Jam show at Ahoy in Rotterdam, The Netherlands on August 13th.

1) Your Ten Club purchase is for two (2) general admission, standing tickets.

2) Tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets are distributed at the box office of the venue on the day of the show.

3) Ticket distribution will begin at 2pm (1400 hours) from the Ten Club ticket windows at the main box office.

4) Ten Club members must show photo identification to collect purchased tickets.

5) There will be an early entry for Ten Club ticket holders at Door L on the side of the building to the left of the main entrance. Early entry will start promptly at 6:15pm (1815 hours).

6) Doors open to the public at 6:30p (1830 hours).

7) All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or transfers.

8.) Reselling of Ten Club tickets for above face value will result in ticket cancellation and revocation of future ticket benefits.

1) Your Ten Club purchase is for two (2) general admission, standing tickets.

2) Tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets are distributed at the box office of the venue on the day of the show.

3) Ticket distribution will begin at 12pm (1200 hours) from the Ten Club ticket windows at the main box office.

4) Ten Club members must show photo identification to collect purchased tickets.

5) There will be an early entry for Ten Club ticket holders. Early entry will start promptly at 4:45pm (1645 hours). Information about early entry location will be received at the box office.

6) Doors open to the public at 5:00p (1700 hours).

7) All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or transfers.

8.) Reselling of Ten Club tickets for above face value will result in ticket cancellation and revocation of future ticket benefits.

Hi,

ich hab 2 Tickets für Rotterdam erstanden und auch eine Mail bekommen, mit folgendem Titel: Your Pearl Jam Ten Club order has been received
In der Mail steht, dass ich nochmal was bekomme wenn alles bearbeitet ist. Diese Mail ist jetzt nach 2 Tagen noch nicht da. In der Orderliste im 10c steht die Bestellung aber drin.
Hier im Board reden einige immer von einer Bestätigungsmail. Hab ich die nun schon erhalten, oder noch nicht?

Spamordner hab ich schon durchsucht und nix gefunden.

Wenn sich das mal endlich alle hier merken könnten, wären diese ewigen Fragen nach Bestätigungsmails, bzw. deren Fehlen, völlig überflüssig. :police:
