(Ed asks the audience to say hello a crew member that couldn’t come on this tour because of an illness. He had travelled with the band on all of the other trips to South America. He gets the audience to sing “Ola Wayne-O”)

(The band comes back onstage and tells the crowd they are sounding great and look beautiful. It is also Mike McCready’s birthday as the band sings “Happy Birthday” Jeff sneaks up behind Mike and dumps a cake on his head. Cake gets tossed around on stage. Ed notes that “(Mike) is 29 years old today and is living in the “Present Tense”)

Von der Setlist her was das für mich die schönste, die diese Mikrotour zu bieten hatte. Alles in allem sollen sie sich aber unterstehen, in Europa auch solche reinen Festival-Rundreisen zu unternehmen. ;) (Even Flow am Anfang, das hat auch was.)

Even Flow am Anfang ist totaler Mist, da muss/will/kann ja noch keine/r pissen. Sonst stimme ich Dir zu hinsichtlich der Setlist - wirkt auf mich am wenigsten festivalig.

Da hast Du durchaus Recht; aber hinten raus wird der Druck ja immer stärker, nech, und darum müssen da einfach mehr Dinge angeboten ((c) Thomas Schaaf) werden, und wenn vorne schon der Pfostenschuss kommt, kann's hinten nur in die Hose gehen; außerdem bietet ein langes Even Flow ganz andere und zusätzliche Handlungsoptionen als ein kurzes JB.
Mir fällt gerade ein - ich hätte zur Not ja auch noch I Am Mine als andere Ausweichoption. Aber wenn das wie oben dann auch nicht kommt, dann wirds eng.
