Für die die nich in der Pearl jam Newsgroup sind und auch nicht in Toronto wohnen poste ich das mal kurz hier:
"Stone Gossard, guitarist for Pearl Jam, told The Toronto Sun this week the Seattle rockers will do only a couple of dates this winter in support of their new, as yet untitled record -- set for release Nov. 19.
But they hope to set out on a full-fledged tour next year.
"Pearl Jam is going to do a few shows sometime in late November and then probably in February, we'll be out," said Gossard down the line from Portland, Oregon, where he was vacationing.
As for the new album, Gossard reports: "I listened to it the other day and it sounds great, yeah. I'm very excited about it. We worked with a guy named Adam Kasper, who co-produced it, so that's new. And the record sounds great. Brendan O' Brien mixed it and he did an excellent job. Everyone wrote songs, and there's some really beautiful songs."
In the meantime, Gossard's side band Brad has a new album, Welcome To Discovery Park, in stores Tuesday. "

Ja, das bestätigt nochmal die guten Nachrichten der Vorwochen und rigendwie habe ich da so ein Gefühl, das die November Konzerte nicht zwangsläufig komplett in den Staaten sein werden. Warten wir mal ab, aber es wird sicher nicht mehr lange dauern bis die ersten Daten veröffentlicht werden. Bis November sind es auch nur noch 3 Monate und in der Regel beginnt so langsam die heiße Phase, in der man besser hier und da mal im Netz vorbeischaut....o:)

Genau! Und deswegen bringen unsere Spekulationen genau genommen überhaupt nichts, außer dass in Lohn und Brot stehende Mitmenschen wie Justin sich jetzt schon nen Kopp über Urlaubsanträge machen. Also: Abwarten! ::)

was soll ich denn sagen. ich beginne im oktober meine grundausbildung bei der marine. und danach gehts nochmal 3 monate am stück auf hohe see. ich hab echt die arschkarte gezogen. ich hab immer gedacht, die kommen im frühjahr auf tour. ???

Wie Urlaub nehmen ich würde mir da für ein paar Tage ne Grippe einfangen...oder ein Virus irgendwas was dich in Augen deines Chefs halt für ein paar tage ausfallen lässt. ;D
