Eine kleine Frage zwischendurch an die Expertenrunde

  Hallo erstmal. 


Aaaaalso, mein Problem ist folgendes: Vor einem halben Jahr oder so hab ich mir die Lost Dogs runtergeladen. Hidden Track: Dieses Spoken-Word-Zeugs für Layne Staley.
Vor einer Woche hab ich die CDs dann gekauft (in Italien, falls das was heißen soll) und am Ende der zweiten CD natürlich oben genannten Hidden Track erwartet. Stattdessen irgendein Song (der eigentlich nicht mal so schlecht ist) mit nem ziemlich schief gespielten Riff. Wohlgemerkt: Der Text (der natürlich nirgends auftaucht) wird nich gesprochen, sondern ganz gewöhnlich gesungen.

Und jetzt die Fräsche: Mit was hab ichs da zu tun? Ist dieser Staley-Track nur auf der US-Version drauf oder wie?

also bei meiner lost-dogs ist die gesungene version oben. und soweit ich weiß, ist das auch bei allen anderen so. von einer gesprochenen version habe ich überhaupt noch nie gehört, sicher, dass das überhaupt eddie ist und nicht irgendein kasper der das lied "gecovert" hat?

Du hast den Staley Track  . 04/20/2002 heisst der und ist ein "Song". Das Spoken-Word Teil war glaub ich nur auf ner Promo- oder Japan-Version drauf und war nicht für Staley bzw. hat nichts mit dem zu tun.

Edit: Der Spoken Word Track heisst "I'm still here" und ist auf der Promo-Version.

ne, passt scho, die version gibts. allerdings eher selten!

ich glaub mich ja zu erinnern, dass der track auf der japan version oben ist. aber das ist eigentlich i-tüpfelchen-reiterei.

wie ist denn der track so? ich kenn den überhaupt nicht. so eine art telefongespräch, oder...?

Bei theskyiscrape steht promo, aber die können sich ja irren und irgendwie ist's ja egal

and i picture a sober awakening, a re-entry into this little bar scene
sip my drink til the ice hits my lip
order another round
and that's it for now
