will gerade meine mitgliedschaft verlängern bzw. erneuern (abgelaufen 12/2011)
nun funktioniert die bestellung nicht.... (transaktion abgebrochen)....
es dürfte doch nicht an der nicht eigenen Kreditkarte liegen. benutzte nämlich die meiner Schwiegermutter....

You need to be sure to have her correct Billing information. If you have any issues, this is a security feature. We have brought this up with the new site developers.
AVS is a security feature required on all US credit and debit cards. However some foreign card providers do not have an AVS code. This is likely causing the error. We are working on a fix to this. In the meantime, if you have a different card that does support AVS security, please try that one. Please stay tuned.
We are willing to give you a one time grace period extension. You will just need to log in to your existing account. Then at the top of the screen click on My Account, then Upgrade Subscription. Choose Membership Level, then you will want to go through the billing process, then reply to this email letting us know you did so. Once your membership processes, we'll manually change your member number back to the last number.
